Background and purpose of the report
- This report will provide a count of TITLES by material format and subformat, with percentage holdings. It was designed for gathering data needed for the ACRL and IPEDS surveys. Because not all format categories are included in the survey measures, libraries will need to modify the finished results in Report Designer or in a spreadsheet export as necessary.

- A single calendar year month prompt is included, which should be set for the last month of the library's fiscal year (per the ACRL/IPEDS instructions.
