Questions covered include:
- I'd be interested to know if there is a way to extract the number of ISSUES claimed within an X timeframe (ex: last claim date - between). The Serials Received universe has a Last Claim Date object based on Title instead of at the Issue level. We'd basically be interested to know how many issues were claimed from a title in order to better adjust our workflow to deal with lapse vendors.
- Could we please have a refresher on what happens to Circulation Events universe and Circulation Item Status universe data after an item is deleted/withdrawn? Likewise, what happens to Analytics data if we remove a barcode from one LHR and add it to another LHR? I'm wondering about the impact on these universes.
- Is it possible to add fines owed to each item in the Overdue Items Aging Report?
- We are looking for a possibility to leave notes or comments for a single cell in the report. Background: we use a custom report to manage our temporary items. The note field in temporary items can not be queried that's why we are looking for another way to make some more information visible in the report.
