Absence of the Tipasa field values in the weekly circulation_patron report

Description of Enhancement

In the weekly circulation_patron report (SFTP filex), the values of the different fields concerning Tipasa are simply not present. Almost all the other values of the different fields of the patron record are present but the Tipasa fields are missing, precisely these ones :

• illId
• illApprovalStatus
• illPatronType
• illPickupLocation

Issues Enhancement Will Resolve

We use the weekly circulation_patron report to check patron records for things like expiration dates or borrower categories, to make sure our gateway for record updates is working properly. Very recently, we moved to Tipasa and had to modify thousands of user records. With the lack of field values for Tipasa, it is impossible to get an overview of who is blocked or approved for interlibrary loan, which prevents us from doing quality control.
Including the various Tipsas fields would be helpful and consistent with the presence of values of other fields of the patron record.

Current Workaround

The only workaround we have found is to use Analytics. However, we have over 90K patron records and since there is a limit of 50K in Analytics for the circulation universe, we need to create multiple reports to get the full picture. And this does take time.
