Description of Enhancement

We would like the limit of 50K universes to be raised to at least 500K.

Issues Enhancement Will Resolve

It would make it easier to create report for for large libraries, especially ones with many branches. It would make it less time consuming and avoid errors.

Current Workaround

My latest example is a report, in the Circulation Item Status universe, of over 116K withdrawn documents distributed through 24 branches/departments.

To export the results, I have to either:
make a report for each of the 24 branches and concatenante them;
or try to add the numbers to make groups of less than 50K documents.

Description of Enhancement

We would like item change history data to be available for reporting in Analytics.

Issues Enhancement Will Resolve

Gathering statistics for cataloging and processing is difficult because when books are acquired, they enter our backlog and may not be cataloged and processed for an extended period of time. Using item change history data, we could create robust statistical reports by reporting on data such as when specific staff members change a call number or update a temporary location.

In addition, Processing staff often need to review items they have processed in order to locate missing items and identify errors. Therefore, processing staff would benefit from a report listing titles that they processed over a time period. We could generate this type of report if we could report when a specific staff member changed a temporary location.

Current Workaround

Cataloging staff currently add staff notes to all local holdings records for items they catalog with the date of cataloging. This enhancement would eliminate the need for that. The other problem isn't currently possible to resolve.

This is needed across the board, especially in the Cataloging universe. We would like to use New Titles to review Knowledge Base additions but activating any new collection exceeds the limit in most cases. Chunking out reports is inefficient.
