Writing a comment

Hi,

we are quite new in WMS and working with Analytics. Now I've seen that the function of 'writing a comment' exists but we cannot click on it.

Does anyone know how we could active it? Working in the reports with comments would be great.

You need to be in design mode for the comment option to be non-greyed out. However, I don't know how to use it. Perhaps it would need to be enabled for the service.

Thanks for your answer but I took the screenshot from the design mode. Nevertheless it is greyed out.
